La gorge de Mensinger est une entaille escarpée et entièrement boisée dans le Wiehengebirge, située sur le territoire de la ville de Lübbecke dans le district de Minden-Lübbecke. Elle mesure environ 800 mètres de long, commence sur le versant est du Wurzelbrink et s’étend ensuite vers le nord en arc jusqu'à la route fédérale 239. Le fond de la vallée se trouve dans la partie supérieure à environ 210 m d'altitude, et descend jusqu'à l'extrémité de la vallée, où se trouve la source de la Ronceva, à 150 m d'altitude.
