L'église Sainte-Marie Immaculée est une église paroissiale construite comme église votive et aujourd'hui une église filiale de Saint-Martin à Raesfeld, située dans la communauté rurale de Rhedebrügge, appartenant à Borken, en Rhénanie-du-Nord-Westphalie.
Sainte-Marie Immaculée a été construite entre 1886 et 1889 par Wilhelm Rincklake pour la famille propriétaire du domaine adjacent à l'église, après qu'un membre de la famille ait bien supporté un long voyage en mer. L'église a été de nouveau agrandie vers 1900.
