Le moulin de Borner dans la commune de Brüggen était un moulin à eau avec temporairement trois roues hydrauliques à aubes inversées.
Le moulin de Borner est situé sur le côté droit de la Schwalm dans le quartier de Born, dans la commune de Brüggen dans le District de Viersen. En amont se trouvait le moulin de Franken, en aval se trouve le moulin de Venn. Le niveau de l'eau de la Schwalm est à 40 m au-dessus du niveau de la mer. À hauteur du moulin de Borner, le Kranenbach se jette dans la Schwalm.
