Le château de Holsthum, également appelé manoir de Laeis, est un manoir situé dans la commune de Holsthum dans le pays de Bitburg-Prüm en Rhénanie-Palatinat. Il est classé comme monument culturel et est inscrit sur la liste des monuments culturels de Holsthum.
Le manoir actuel, un bâtiment enduit à huit travées avec un toit mansardé couvert d'ardoise et un toit à croupe, a été construit en 1789 par l'officier Johann Dominik Laeis et son fils Matthias Dominik Laeis avec l'autorisation de la baronne Marie Therese von Schmidtburg née von Eltz-Rodendorf. Au 15ème siècle, la famille von Nickenich était propriétaire de Holsthum, à partir de 1496 la lignée de Burscheid des seigneurs de Metternich. À partir de 1753, les barons Schenk von Schmidtburg étaient propriétaires de la cour de Holsthum.
