Neue Mitte Passau décrit un projet de développement urbain dans la ville de Passau, en Basse-Bavière, qui a conduit à un réaménagement controversé de grandes parties du centre-ville.
Après la dissolution de la caserne Ritter-von-Scheuring dans le quartier de Kohlbruck par la Bundeswehr en 1993, la Dreiländerhalle et deux autres petites salles ainsi qu’un espace événementiel y ont été créés en remplacement de la Nibelungenhalle au centre, ainsi que du petit terrain de parade adjacent. Dans une pétition citoyenne en 2000, le déménagement a été approuvé, libérant cet espace pour le réaménagement.
