Banfe est un quartier de Bad Laasphe dans le district de Siegen-Wittgenstein en Rhénanie-du-Nord-Westphalie. Le village comprend les hameaux de Heiligenborn et Lindenfeld.
Banfe est situé dans la région sud du Wittgensteiner Land, à environ 4,5 km à l'ouest-sud-ouest du centre-ville de Bad Laasphe. Les villages voisins sont, en commençant par le nord dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre : Herbertshausen, Laaspherhütte, Bad Laasphe, Hesselbach et Bernshausen. Le village est entouré à l'est par le Wartholz, le Katzen et le Hasenkopf, au sud-est par le Petit et le Grand Ahlertsberg ainsi qu'à l'ouest par l'Inthalberg. Dans le centre du village, l'Auerbach puis le Godelsbach se jettent dans la Banfe.
