L’Ottoberg est un contrefort oriental du Weberberg dans les montagnes Zittau. Son sommet rocheux non boisé se trouve dans le district de Waltersdorf dans la municipalité de Großschönau.
L’Ottoberg est situé au sud-ouest de Waltersdorf entre les vallées du Pfarrbach et du Kohlflössel, qui prennent toutes deux leur source dans les sources occidentales du Weberborn. Au nord-est se trouve le Sängerhöhe. À l’est, la montagne descend dans la vallée du ruisseau du village de Waltersdorf. À l’est s’élève le Butterberg, au sud-est le Sonneberg, au sud le Lausche et au sud-ouest le Dreiecker.
