Histoire du café de la gare
En lien avec l'ouverture du musée du porc dans l'ancienne gare de Horstmar, l'idée d'un "café de la gare" a rapidement vu le jour, qui devait être situé le long de l'ancienne ligne de train vers Coesfeld, aujourd'hui aménagée en voie verte.
Dit et fait, les locaux convenaient en fait idéalement à cela, et grâce à l'aide active de nombreux employés, l'idée est bientôt devenue réalité.
