La réserve naturelle de Lenzen-Wustrower Elbniederung est située dans le district de Prignitz dans le Brandebourg, en Allemagne.
La zone portant le numéro d’identification 1427 a été placée sous le statut de protection de la nature par décret du 16 mai 1990. La réserve naturelle de 999 hectares s’étend au sud-est de la ville centrale de Lenzen et au nord-ouest de la ville centrale de Schnackenburg, le long de l’Elbe et le long de la frontière avec la Basse-Saxe au milieu de l’Elbe. Au nord passe la B 195.
