Le tribunal d'instance de Geesthacht était un tribunal allemand de la juridiction ordinaire du Land de Schleswig-Holstein dans le district du tribunal de Lübeck. Il a été créé en 1957 en même temps que le tribunal d'instance de Wedel. Le tribunal a été dissous en 2007.
Le tribunal a été dissous dans le cadre de la réforme de la structure des tribunaux d'instance, avec le tribunal d'instance de Kappeln, au 1er avril 2007. Toutes les villes et communes ont été intégrées dans le district du tribunal d'instance de Schwarzenbek.
