L'église évangéliste-luthérienne classée monument historique Saint-Cécile se trouve à Gehrenrode, un quartier de la ville de Bad Gandersheim dans le district de Northeim en Basse-Saxe. La paroisse fait partie de la provôté de Gandersheim-Seesen dans l'Église évangéliste-luthérienne du land de Brunswick.
L'église à nef unique a été construite principalement au 17ème siècle. Son apparence est cependant marquée par une rénovation en 1753. La nef de l'église, soutenue par des contreforts, est couverte d'un toit à pignon à pentes inclinées. Le clocher a été couvert en 1876 d'un toit en ardoise avec un petit pavillon.
