Braken et Harselah est une réserve naturelle dans la commune de Harsefeld et la commune d'Ahlerstedt dans la communauté de Harsefeld dans le district de Stade.
La réserve naturelle, désignée par le code NSG LÜ 175, couvre environ 583 hectares. Elle est presque entièrement désignée en même temps comme site FFH « Braken », qui s'étend sur 639 hectares. 95,9 hectares sont désignés comme forêt naturelle. La zone est protégée depuis le 16 septembre 1989. L'autorité de protection de la nature compétente est le district de Stade.
