Otxandio en basque ou Ochandiano en espagnol est une commune de Biscaye dans la communauté autonome du Pays basque en Espagne.Le nom officiel de la ville est Otxandio.Le nom du village est documenté pour la première fois au XIIe siècle. Le villazgo serait accordé à la localité au début du XIIIe siècle.
