L'Altiplà est la comarca la plus septentrionale de la région de Murcie, formée par les municipalités de Jumella et Iecla. Elle limite à l'est avec l'Alt Vinalopó et le Vinalopó Mitjà ; au sud avec les comarques murciennes de l'Oriental et l'Alt Segura ; et au nord avec l'Altiplà d'Almansa et à l'ouest avec Los Campos de Hellín, toutes deux en Castille-La Manche.
