La N-122 est une route nationale espagnole qui relie l'Aragon à Castille-et-León et au Portugal à travers la vallée du Douro. Elle traverse les villes de Soria, Valladolid et Zamora. Elle commence son parcours à Saragosse, partageant son tracé avec la N-232 qui relie Saragosse à Logroño, et dans la municipalité de Gallur, elle se sépare de la N-232 et se dirige vers l'ouest en rejoignant l'AP-68, traversant les localités de Magallón, Borja, Maleján, Bulbuente et Tarazona.
