La rivière Aiguamòg est une rivière qui coule dans la vallée d'Arán, elle est un affluent de la rivière Garona.
La rivière Aiguamòg prend naissance dans les lacs glaciaires du cirque de Colomers, cirque glaciaire de plus de 50 lacs parmi lesquels se distinguent le lac Majeur de Colomers, le lac Obago et dans la partie la plus haute du cirque le lac de Ratera de Colomers ou le Lac deth Cap de Colomers. Le cirque glaciaire de Colomers est couronné par des sommets qui dépassent 2 500 mètres, comme le Tuc de Ratera ou le Grand Tuc de Colomers.
