La deuxième bataille de Cholet se déroule le 17 octobre 1793, durant la guerre de Vendée. Elle voit la victoire des armées républicaines.
Le 15 octobre 1793, l'armée vendéenne est battue par l'armée républicaine à la bataille de La Tremblaye et bat en retraite sur Beaupréau. Cholet, la plus importante ville contrôlée jusque là par les Vendéens, passe alors aux mains des républicains.
