Cette randonnée vous permettra de découvrir de la marcassite et des fossiles datant du Crétacé inférieur. En raison du fait que cet endroit appartient à un anticlinal, ces couches affleurent ici.

Mais, attention si vous partez à la recherche de markasite ou de fossiles ici sur la côte du Cap Blanc-Nez !

Éloignez-vous des falaises (un rocher tombe régulièrement !)
Gardez un œil sur les marées. Vérifiez les marées avant de sortir afin de voir quand la marée monte. C’est rapide ! Et avant que vous ne vous en rendiez compte, vous êtes fermé et coincé.
