Glyn Tarell est une vallée et une communauté dans le comté de Powys, au Pays de Galles, et le comté historique de Brecknockshire. Il se trouve dans le parc national des Brecon Beacons et à la limite nord des montagnes des Brecon Beacons.
Le Taff Trail traverse la vallée. La zone administrative de la communauté s'étend sur une vaste zone de terres peu peuplées et s'étend au sud au-delà de la ligne de partage des eaux pour inclure la partie la plus haute de la rivière Taff et le réservoir des Beacons. Une grande partie de sa limite nord est formée par la rivière Usk. Le sommet de Pen y Fan se trouve à la limite est de la communauté. Les principaux villages de la communauté sont Libanus et Llanspyddid.
