Le ferry d'Exmouth à Starcross est un ferry de passagers qui traverse l'embouchure de la rivière Exe dans le comté anglais de Devon. Il relie la ville d'Exmouth sur le côté est de l'estuaire de l'Exe au village de Starcross sur le côté ouest. Le ferry est exploité par Exe to Sea Cruises.
Du côté d'Exmouth, il part des marches du ferry au port de plaisance d'Exmouth. Du côté de Starcross, il part de la jetée de Starcross, adjacente à la gare de Starcross sur la ligne Riviera. Le ferry fonctionne sur une base horaire pendant la journée, de Pâques à octobre, et peut accueillir des bicyclettes. Les opérateurs organisent également des croisières le long de l'estuaire de l'Exe et des excursions autour de la baie de Dawlish.
