Brisighella [brizi'gεlla] est une commune de la province de Ravenne dans la région Émilie-Romagne en Italie.
Brisighella surgit à 115 mètres d’altitude sur les pentes de l’Apennin tosco-romagnol et domine la vallée du Lamone, sur la route nationale SS302 qui, de Ravenne passe par Faenza et mène à Marradi en Toscane.
Le bourg est aussi desservi par la ligne de chemin de fer Faenza-Florence
