Premilcuore (Premaicur en dialecte romagnol est une commune italienne de la province de Forlì-Cesena dans la région Émilie-Romagne en Italie.
Centre pastoral de l’Apennin tosco-romagnol, à 456 m d’altitude, dans la haute vallée du Rabbi, un affluent du Montone , établi sur les pentes nord-occidentales du mont Arsiccio , juste à la limite du parc national entre la Romagne et de la Toscane.
À une dizaine de km de Portico di Romagna et 36 km de Forlì.
