Le Monument Sforza ou Cheval de Léonard est un monument commandé par le duc de Milan Ludovic Sforza à Léonard de Vinci. Il réussit à terminer uniquement un modèle en argile. En s'inspirant de ce projet, deux reproductions ont été créées à partir des années 1970.
Le projet d'ériger une statue équestre en bronze en l'honneur de son père Francesco Sforza, un simple condottiere, devenu seigneur de Milan, est d'abord envisagé par le fils aîné du capitaine, Galeazzo Maria. Ce désir est évoqué dans une lettre qu'il envoie le 26 novembre 1473 au commissaire des œuvres ducales Bartolomeo Gadio de Crémone. Ce projet n'aboutit pas pour des raisons inconnues
