Gioia del Colle Air Base est une base de l'Armée de l'air italienne située dans la province de Bari, en Apulie, en Italie, à environ 1 km au sud-sud-est de Gioia del Colle.
Pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale, la base aérienne a été capturée par la Huitième armée britannique en octobre 1943 et a ensuite été utilisée par les forces aériennes de l'armée américaine, la Douzième et la Quinzième force aérienne. Elle était connue sous le nom de Gioia del Colle Airfield par les Américains. Les unités de combat connues opérant depuis l'aérodrome étaient :
