La Fiumetta est un ruisseau du Piémont, affluent du lac d'Orta. Il traverse la province du Verbano-Cusio-Ossola.
Le ruisseau naît sous le nom de rio Rasetto, un peu à l'est de la crête Valsesia/Lac d'Orta, dans la zone entre le Monte Croce et le mont Ostano. Il se dirige ensuite vers le sud-est et, arrivé non loin de Quarna Sotto, avec un large tournant, il pivote vers le nord-est. Passé près de Cireggio et ayant traversé la fraction d'Omegna Bagnella, il se jette enfin dans le lac d'Orta.
