L'Ausa est une petite rivière d'environ 17 kilomètres de long qui traverse une partie du nord de Saint-Marin et de l'Émilie-Romagne en Italie. La source de la rivière est le mont Titano, au centre de Saint-Marin. La rivière s'écoule vers le nord-est, passe par Serravalle et traverse la frontière pour entrer dans la province italienne de Rimini près de Dogana. La rivière continue de couler vers le nord-est et est canalisée à travers des drains pluviaux à Rimini avant de se jeter dans la Marecchia. Elle présente le point le plus bas de Saint-Marin, à 55 mètres au-dessus du niveau de la mer, au point où elle quitte le pays.
