Bagnella est un hameau d'Omegna, composé de deux noyaux d'habitation : Bagnella elle-même et Erbera. Il se trouve à l'embouchure du torrent Fiumetta, près du lac d'Orta.
Dans le village, il y a deux églises : une plus ancienne, consacrée à Saint Bernard, et une moderne, l'église de la Sainte Croix. Au mois de mai, Bagnella est le centre de la fête de Saint Bernard. Le dernier jour du mois, en revanche, se déroule la procession avec la Madone du lac, qui traverse tout le village jusqu'à l'église de la Sainte Croix.
