Ce palais est après le Palazzo Pretorio le plus grand palais de Certaldo et se compose du palais lui-même, de 2 tours médiévales et d'une cour où se tenait le marché hebdomadaire au Moyen Âge. Le palais a été construit au 14ème siècle.
Aujourd'hui, le Palazzo Stiozzi Ridolfi est une propriété élégante avec de nouveaux appartements de charme qui conservent encore les caractéristiques historiques et architecturales.
