L'église de Sant'Ambrogio, également connue sous le titre de collégiale, est la paroisse d'Omegna, dans la province du Verbano-Cusio-Ossola et le diocèse de Novare ; elle fait partie de l'unité pastorale d'Omegna.
L'église originale d'Omegna a été construite au Xe siècle ; le bâtiment a ensuite été l'objet d'une intervention d'agrandissement et de reconstruction autour de 1470, comme le confirme la date gravée sur le portail d'entrée latéral.
