Elle a lieu le 23 juin et commémore ainsi l'anniversaire de la Grande-Duchesse Charlotte, qui a régné sur le Luxembourg pendant près de cinquante ans. Elle est née le 23 janvier 1896. Mais oui, il y a tout simplement plus de chances d'avoir du beau temps le 23 juin.
