Le parc Ter Pelkwijk est un parc situé dans le centre de la ville de Zwolle, nommé d'après le politicien overijsselois Johannes ter Pelkwijk. Il a été aménagé sur la partie est de l'ancienne ceinture de fortifications de Zwolle, qui a été démantelée à partir de 1790. C'est ici qu'est également née la rue Ter Pelkwijk. Dans le parc se dresse un monument commémoratif conçu par Titus Leeser pour plus de 700 habitants de Zwolle qui ont perdu la vie pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale, victimes de persécutions et de violence.
