Le Westerpark dans le quartier de Vosseparkwijk/Westerparkwijk est également connu sous le nom de Vossepark. Le nom Vossepark est dérivé du propriétaire de l'ancien moulin Het Lam, Monsieur Hermanus Albertus Vosman. Le parc est limité à l'est par la Westersingel, au sud par la Fonteinstraat, à l'ouest par la Westerparkstraat et au nord par la Molenstraat.
