Withuis est un hameau dans la commune néerlandaise de Limburg, Eijsden-Margraten, à la frontière avec la Belgique, près de Wezet. Le hameau compte environ 65 habitants.
Withuis est l'un des lieux les plus méridionaux des Pays-Bas. Le hameau se trouve le long de l'autoroute A2 et se compose de deux rues : l'ancienne route nationale et une impasse. Withuis est adjacent au sud au village belge de Moelingen et au nord à Eijsden. Du côté belge de la frontière se trouvent plusieurs maisons qui font en fait partie du hameau. Ces maisons appartenaient jusqu'en 1977 à la commune de Moelingen et depuis à la commune de Voeren.
