Le parc commémoratif de Westgaarde est un cimetière et un crématorium à Amsterdam Nieuw-West. Le nom est dérivé de ce qui était ici auparavant : les jardins occidentaux. L'entrée principale est depuis l'ouverture sur la Ookmeerweg au niveau de l'Osdorper Ban. Westgaarde a été aménagé sous le nom de travail Westerhof, de 1963 à 1971 dans la poldérisation de Lutkemeer. L'ensemble a été conçu par le Service des Travaux Publics, en particulier par l'architecte et ingénieur Hendrik Jan de Kimpe. Il a presque une forme rectangulaire. Des systèmes de drainage étendus devaient être installés, ainsi qu'un étang pour le traitement de toute l'eau. Le cimetière a également reçu un système d'eau circulaire autour de lui.
