Blokker est une ancienne commune néerlandaise dans la province de Hollande-Septentrionale. La commune était située au nord-est de la ville de Hoorn et se composait des localités Westerblokker et Oosterblokker. Lors de la réorganisation municipale de la West-Frise le 1er janvier 1979, Westerblokker a été ajouté à la commune de Hoorn tandis qu'Oosterblokker a été intégrée dans la commune de Bangert, une troisième partie ayant été intégrée dans la commune de Venhuizen.
