La route comtale norvégienne 5627 est une route de 48,6 kilomètres qui traverse les montagnes de l'Aurlandsfjellet. L'itinéraire a été remplacé par le tunnel de Lærdal, long de 24,51 kilomètres—le plus long tunnel routier du monde. Le plateau montagneux aride offre des vues à 600 m sur le fjord d'Aurland. Il est désigné comme une Route Touristique Nationale en Norvège.
Avant la fusion des comtés en 2020, la route s'appelait Route comtale 243, mais après la fusion des comtés, il y avait deux routes comtales avec le même numéro, donc celle-ci a été changée.
