Il y avait autrefois ici un temple hindou datant de la même époque que Mueang Si Mahosot (5-11ème siècles). Aujourd'hui, il y a le Monument de l'Écriture Royale, qui préserve l'écriture du roi Rama V (Roi Chulalongkorn) sur une dalle de pierre latérite, faisant partie de la base en latérite de l'ancien temple lors de sa visite à Prachin Buri en 1908.
