Noen Oraphim est un bâtiment en ruine situé à l'est de Prasat Hin Phanom Wan. La structure rectangulaire mesurait 24 par 42 mètres sur une base de 1,6 mètres de haut construite en latérite. Il y avait une entrée du côté est. Le bâtiment date du milieu du 10e au milieu du 11e siècle de notre ère et était probablement un pavillon pour le roi afin de se préparer avant d'entrer dans le sanctuaire de Prasat Hin Phanom Wan.
