50th Street est une station souterraine du métro de New York située à Midtown, à Manhattan. Elle est située sur l'une des lignes principales, l'IRT Broadway-Seventh Avenue Line , issue du réseau de l'ancienne Interborough Rapid Transit Company . Construite dans le cadre du « Contrat 1 » passé avec la ville, elle constituait le terminal sud de la West-Side Line avant l'achèvement de la partie sud de la ligne entre 1917 et 1918. Sur la base des chiffres 2012, la station était la 45e plus fréquentée du réseau.
