La Cadillac Tower est un gratte-ciel de Détroit dans le Michigan aux États-Unis. Elle est inscrite au Registre national des lieux historiques dès le 18 octobre 1984.
Conçu par le cabinet d'architecture Bonnah & Chaffee, le bâtiment fut construit à partir de 1926 et fut inauguré en 1927 sous le nom de Barlum Tower d'après John J. Barlum, qui finança sa construction. Barlum était le président de la Barlum Realty Co. et de la New Cadillac Development Co. et était devenu riche grâce à l'entreprise d'emballages de viande de son père. La tour était alors le premier bâtiment à dépasser les 40 étages hors des villes de New York et Chicago.
