Spanish Fork est une municipalité américaine située dans le comté d'Utah en Utah. Lors du recensement de 2010, sa population est de 34 691 habitants.
En 1855, la législature territoriale de l'Utah accorde une charte à la ville de Spanish Fork, qui finit par englober la ville voisine de Palmyra. Spanish Fork est considérée comme la première colonie islandaise des États-Unis, des colons islandais s'y étant implantés dès 1855.
