Le Wapack Trail est l'un des plus anciens sentiers de randonnée publics interétatiques des États-Unis. Ouvert en 1923, il suit la chaîne Wapack du nord au sud sur 21 miles (34 km), entre le mont Watatic à Ashburnham, Massachusetts, et le mont North Pack Monadnock à Greenfield, New Hampshire. Il est principalement conçu pour une utilisation quotidienne par les randonneurs, avec des installations de camping minimales.
