Questo abbeveratoio si trova all'inizio/fine del sentiero di Boca del Paso.
Questo stretto sentiero conduce a La Quinta , dove un tempo c'era una segheria . Gli animali da soma venivano utilizzati per portare alla segheria il legname che doveva essere segato per lo zuccherificio . Gli animali bevevano da questo abbeveratoio.
Lungo il percorso si possono osservare resti dell'importante attività agricola che si svolgeva in questa zona: aie, antichi terrazzamenti cerealicoli, fossi di scolo in pietra e legno, cisterne e resti di antiche case coloniche.
Il percorso termina accanto all'Eremo di Santa Margarita , che risale alla fine del XVI secolo e ospita due importanti immagini: Santa Margarita de Antioquía e Santa Lucía. Inoltre colpiscono la grande aia e le antiche lavanderie.
