La chiesa parrocchiale di Wels-San Francesco è una chiesa parrocchiale cattolica romana nel comune di Wels, nel quartiere Vogelweide, nella zona di Laahen in Alta Austria. È dedicata a San Francesco d'Assisi e appartiene al decanato di Wels nella diocesi di Linz. Già nel 1997 è stato aperto un centro di pastoralizzazione nel quartiere di Laahen. A causa della mancanza di spazio, è aumentata la necessità di una nuova chiesa, motivo per cui è stato indetto un concorso di architettura. Gli architetti welser Max Luger e Franz Maul hanno vinto il concorso. Nel 2004 è stata finalmente inaugurata la nuova casa di culto.
