Helfbrunn è un luogo di pellegrinaggio mariano austriaco con la chiesa del pellegrinaggio Maria Helfbrunn. Helfbrunn si trova nel comune di Ratschendorf, comune di Deutsch Goritz, distretto di Südoststeiermark. La chiesa è l'unica chiesa di pellegrinaggio del distretto.
L'Assunzione di Maria il 15 agosto e la Natività di Maria l'8 settembre sono i principali giorni di pellegrinaggio. Da maggio a ottobre, si tiene ogni 13 del mese la sera una messa di Fatima. Inoltre, a maggio si svolgono anche le preghiere di maggio la sera di domenica, festivi e martedì. Ogni tanto ci sono anche battesimi o matrimoni nella chiesa di Helfbrunn. Altrimenti, il luogo è visitato privatamente dai pellegrini.
