Chiesa parrocchiale neogotica del periodo 1895-1899 progettata dall'architetto C. De Maeght. La chiesa, con la canonica sul lato destro, costituiva il nuovo centro religioso di Huizingen. La vecchia funzione di chiesa di pellegrinaggio in onore di San Leonardo fu assunta dalla nuova chiesa, portando alla nascita di un caffè per pellegrini 'In den gouden appel' a nord della chiesa.
