Freÿr è l'area di arrampicata più grande e alta del Belgio, situata lungo la Mosa, a circa cinque chilometri a monte di Dinant. La struttura rocciosa è geologicamente una formazione di calcare stratificata risalente al giurassico medio. Questo massiccio di arrampicata conta più di 600 vie in tutti gli stili e gradi di difficoltà ed è il massiccio di arrampicata più grande e importante del Belgio. La roccia più alta è di 120 metri. La popolarità di questo massiccio è tale che le vie ai livelli più bassi sono state molto consumate. A livello internazionale, i Rochers de Freyr sono i più conosciuti. Tuttavia, l'arrampicata su queste rocce è riservata ai climber che sono in regola con le condizioni stabilite dal gestore di queste rocce.
