Il Demer è un fiume nelle province belghe di Limburgo e Brabante Fiammingo. Fa parte del bacino idrografico dell'Escaut. Si considera il corso d'acqua un fiume pluviale con un grande afflusso durante i periodi di pioggia intensa e un basso afflusso durante i periodi di siccità. Il fiume segna il confine nord di Haspengouw e il confine sud dei Campi.
