Gli Ostkantoni, a volte chiamati anche Belgio Orientale o Eupen-Malmedy, sono i cantoni di Eupen (incluso Kelmis = Neutro Moresnet), Malmedy e Sankt Vith, situati a est della provincia belga di Liegi e confinanti con la Germania, che furono ceduti allo stato belga dopo la Prima Guerra Mondiale, in seguito al Trattato di Versailles. Formano una zona di transizione linguistica e culturale tra il Belgio e la Germania e sono stati sotto un governo fortemente variabile dal 1815.
