Il padiglione della Jugoslavia all'Expo 58 era un elegante edificio in acciaio con una facciata in vetro, ed era noto per il suo stile futuristico. All'epoca, l'interno dell'edificio era completamente aperto. Questa struttura è scomparsa, poiché lo spazio è dovuto essere diviso in aule. Il padiglione è stato progettato dal croato Vjenceslav Richter, noto anche come «l'architetto dell'impossibile».
A differenza del paese, il padiglione esiste ancora. Il Sint-Pauluscollege di Wevelgem ha acquistato il padiglione nel 1959. È ancora nella sua forma originale ed è uno dei padiglioni meglio conservati dell'Expo 58.
